After 50 years, Ford finally discovered independent rear suspension, dramatically improving handling, then promptly celebrated by sliding into crowds outside Cars & Coffee events nationwide. Ford's first truly global pony car brought the Coyote V8's intoxicating soundtrack to international audiences, while the EcoBoost four-cylinder variant ensured purists had something to complain about.
